A wide range of services are available to you to support you at home and to engage in community activities. These services are designed to help you be as independent as possible at home and to make the most of opportunities to improve your health and wellbeing in the community.

What is Home Support?

Home support services focus on assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. Support workers can be involved during this service such as providing domestic assistance.

What is Social Community Support?

Community support covers services such as assisting participants to participate actively in community, social and civic activities; includes supporting participants during these activities and developing participants’ ability to partake in these activities.

Seamless coordination of Allied Health Services

We will work alongside our Nurses to ensure quality health services by working with our primary healthcare and other external providers.

Assisting with and/or supervising complex personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible.

This service allows assistance with travel and transport arrangements to participants.

Yes, the NDIS allows you to choose your own service providers and manage your own supports

Services include bathing, hygiene and grooming, domestic assistance, community access, help with impairments or continence, day/ overnight respite, changes to your home, social support to attend to your recreational activities and supports for you to stay independent.

Home care support refers to services that help individuals with daily tasks and activities in their own home.

You will need to have an NDIS plan in place and request Assistance with personal domestic activities/ daily personal activities as part of your plan. This would usually be under Core Supports.
