Australian Family Support is allied with Australian Family Care, providers of general practice clinics at Kensington Park and Campbelltown. This connection enables us to provide our NDIS participants with ready access to clinical and general practice services. Your NDIS assessments and tailored care plans will be developed in consultation with experienced general practitioners.

What is Australian Family Care?
Australian Family Care is a healthcare organisation that provides comprehensive clinical services to individuals and families across Australia. They have multiple locations whereby patients and NDIS participants can access fully equipped in-clinic services at Kensington Park Medical Practice and Campbelltown Family Care. Both practices aim to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to their communities.
AFS will work alongside your GP and any health care professionals to assess and create Tailored Care Plans. We will also work with you and your GP and health care professionals to complete your NDIS applications and change of circumstances document where needed.
Kensington Park Medical Practice
Kensington Park Medical Practice provides services in general practice with a major focus on Infant and Maternal Wellbeing, and now offer day surgery services along with Specialised Men’s and Women’s Health Services. Other health services offered at this clinic also includes Psychiatric Services.

Absolutely! Australian Family Care (AFC), our sister company, provides easy access to General Practitioners, via our two clinics. Call them directly or make an online booking via the link provide. AFS participants can also contact the Practice Nurse or our Support Coordinator to assist you with securing an appointment.
Yes, our team includes both male and female GPs in both our clinics.
Yes, we have an on-site pathology service in the Kensington Park Medical Practice.
